And then I googled the % of people with it in the U.S. It wasn't super high, maybe 2-4%. But that also meant that over 6 million people were experiencing nearly the exact same thing as me at the moment in the US alone. And it made me feel safe and connected. Like we were all carrying our part of the burden.
